STATE OF THE SEA - Tliere was a heavy swell on* Kaipa'ra bar to-day, and moderate seas at Cape Maria, Russell Custlepoint, and on the West Coast ; it was rough at Cape Campbell, and smooth at other places, including Gisborne and Napier. WEATHER FORECAST. The Rev. D.
