Calm weather again prevailed over the Dominion to-day. Ruin was experienced at Nelson and Farewell Spit, and passing showers at Greymouth and Hokitika. ■• STATE OF THE SEA. There was a considerable swell on the bar at Hokitika, and moderate swells at Cape Fouhvind and Westport. The sea was moderate at Cape Maria and Kaipara, and smooth between Manuka u and Port Ahuriri.
