Mr /Webber, of the French Pass, informs, the Nelson Mail that the largest of -ih^ seals released after the Exhibition has taken up its habitat m the locality of the Pass, and from all accounts it is likely i#. become ;as great an identity ais Pelonis Jack. -It -first 'ihade its' appearance three months ago at D'Urville Island at Mr. Woodman's ; but Mr Woodman did not like ils company, and drove it away. It was seen at Admiralty Baylast Meek, and it-follows fishermen's boaU seeking for food.
