NAPIER, this day. -Napier's claim;. to 'being one of the sunniest and brightest spots m this fair Dominion receives further endorsement from the meteorological returns for November. During thirty days just over a fraction of half an inch of rain fell. The sunshine totalled 270 hours, or 64 per cent, of the possible, and there were no sunless days during, the month.
