OPINIONS OF LAROR LEADERS.

The Railway Review, the organ, of the I Amalgamated iSociety, says that Mr Lloyd George must bear the credit or disoredit of the settlement with the railway men. It was largely "Hobson's choice." A Labor leader describes the railway settlement as "the Sedan of the British trades union movement. It; was riotonly the virtual betrayal .of the railwaiy merits agitation, he said, but it erects formidable Walls against the possibility of any future "all grades" movement.
