It comprises 120 members of the Right, 70 Monarchists, 100 Octobrists, 60 Constitutional Democrats, 28 members of the .Left, and the rest are divided into five small groups. The Octoberists wish to form a constitutional centre, enabling the Duma to legislate and control the executive, restoring the authority of Government by the union of monarch and nation on the basis of the manifesto of October 30.
