PROPOSED RUSSIAN EXHIBITION IN LONDON.
A St. Petersburg dispatch says. — With reference to a propqsa.l, whjich ,has been mooted for' the organisation of !a Rxksian Exhibition near London jn 1908, while the idea of : such, an x exhibition m the British capital has been received here with miich favor, the view is entertained and is expressed m official and other circles that time does not permit' of'' adequate arrangements being made for next spring. Attention is drawn to the fact that an exhibition" next year would clash with the AnglorFrench Exhibition. For these arid other reasons the opinion is held that 19Q9 would be preferable for a Russian Exhibition m London.
