» Mrs Bullitt was asked whether she would be 'rather black or white.

When 'she was asked to describe her present ■condition, Mrs Bullitt said that noyv she is white all over except on her hands and face. • .

About five years 1 ago spots came on her skin like freckles. These spots spread until she, wtis black. Then white spots cameras tJie' black ones faded; and finally she was all whitel Then the strange freckles came again, and now they are spreading: once more. The woman's face and; hands' are mottled with these spots, but the white places are- very white.
