Local vowing enthusiasts (says the Wanganui Herald) wil be interested to learn that Mr Dave Bustin (late of Wanganui) who was for- many years such a prominent member of the Union Boat Club, has been elected captain of the Gisborne Rowing Club, a position he should fill with credit to the club and to himself.
