FLOURMILL COLLAPSE.

(Per Preaj Association.) DUNEDIN. this day. A local flour-mill owner who was recently fined £500 by the Mill Owners' Association for a breach of : their rules, has failed. The liabilities are said to total about £13,000, and the amount of unsecured creditors in one firm is stated at £5400, and another afc\ £3000, ; and a third at £1600. The debtor's three mills are advertised for his assigned estate. Flour is now being brought into the colony from Australia.
