(Press Assn.— By^Telegraph— Copyright). LONDON, July 29. A meeting of the Irish party m the House of Commons, on receiving Mr C. J. Dolan's letter .wishing to withdraw from membership of the party f censured Mr Dolan's public repudiation of the party policy and requested him to resign his seat. Tne meeting, welcomed Sir J-'. G. Esmond's resignation, and expressed regret at Mr Blake's resignation on the grounds of health.
