(Per Press Association.) last night. A Tairua message states the steamer >nslow visited tlie scene of the wreck of -he scow . Surprise again yesterday. Con. itable Brown and party searched the jeaches but could find no bodies. They secured a flag, some 'broken life-buoys, and ihe name board. The steamer called at Dihui and brought Harry Jackson, the sole survivor to Tairua. He is still \j-eak. As showing the fury of tlie storm dozens of crayfish and dead fish were thrown up on the beach, also tons of seaweed. The ship's dog was found lying on the Pa wanui beach.
