She proceeds^ to Southern ports, the last boat un-nrrivnl. The Union S.S. Co.'s s.s. Talune -will not arrive from Southern ports until tomorrow morning. The- "steamer leaves Napier at 8 o'clock to-night, and will be tendered at 7 in the morning, on her way to Auckland. The Union S.S. Co.'s s.s. Squall is making an intermediate trip to.Whangarei from Auckland, and leaves on Saturday for, Gisborne, relieving the s.s. Manapouri of cargo. ■ . The scon- Welcome, now loading timber at Tairua for Auckland, will, on -dlscharg. ing her cargo at the latter port, sail for Katikati, where she loads timber for Messrs H. J. Peacocke and Co. , of Gisborne. ' The bnrquentine Frank Guy sails for Newcastle on Friday, and will load coal for the local branch of the Westport Coal Company.
