(Press Assn. — By Telegraph. — Copyright.) (Received March 28. 8.12 a.m.) BUCHAREST, March 27. The Roumanian trouble is only partly anti-Semitic, and is largely due to trusts monopolising land, leasing to peasants at twice and thrice the rental the trusts pay. Serious encounters have occurred between peasants and troops m Valashka district, Roumania. Many peasants were killed and wounded. Telephones and telegraphs have been cut. Peasants led by village school teachers committed terrible atrocities. Many landholders have been burned •to death. The entire village of Indemy was burned. Many Jews have perished m the flames. Bills for the abolition of taxes m favor of peasants have passed the House. '
