Asked at Invercargill regarding tho double express service between Invercargill and Dunedin, the Minister of Railways stated emphatically that it was a success, and liad come to stay. In fuct, Sir Joseph Ward added, he was seriously thinking of putting on a third express during- tbe December holidays.
