(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Council resumed at 7.30 last evening. The Government Advances to Settlers Bill was put through final stages. Tlie debate wag resumed on the Workers' Dwellings Bill,, and tlie second reading was agreed to. Tlie Bill war* referred to a select committee, with instructions to report on Tuesday. The Council adjourned at 9.50 till Monday afternoon.
