Admiral Koestr ai„ officors of the German fleet, Avhich outnumbers Admiral Wilson's, were present at a dinner at Surnemmide in honor of Admiral Wilson, and gave the friendliest toast to the ofnoens. Tlie Kaiser inspects the fleets to-day.

A feAv Americans aboard a tourist steamer were hissed by their fellow-passengers for cheering the British ships. Some German newspapers arc illnatured, but on the whole the reception exceeds mere official cordiality.
