The Thibetans have agreed to one clause of the treaty, and the negotiations at Lhassa are progressing smoothly, but the Russian agent Dorijeth, who was supposed to have left the country, is with the Dalai Lama. The Thibetans re. leased m the open durbar two Sikh and Chinese British subjects, who were imprisoned for over a year as spies. .
