Westralia leaves Napier this evening, and arrives here early to-mor-row morning, sailing at 10 a.m. for Auckland and Sydney. • The steamer Balmain unexpected to liave discliarging operations completed by Saturday, when she sails for Akiteo, to load timber for Sydney. The s.s. Westralia. from South; was only signalled at Ndpier at. 2.15 this af- , ternoon., and will probably be late iv her departure from that port to-night. Her late arrival blocks the s.s. Hawea' from working at the breakwater, \ and tliat steamer's departure has been delayed until 10 a.m... to-morrow. She arrives here m the afternoon. ,
