Messrs Richardson and Co.'s s.s. Fanny (Captain Nelson) arrived from Napier hist night with a transhipment of 77 tons of miscellaneous cargo from the s.s. Turakina. She leaves again for Napier at 8 o'clock to-nighb. The Poverty Bay foot bill representatives arrived by the Fanny last evening. Messrs Richardson and Co.'s s.s. Weka (Captain Carlson) arrived from Napier early this morning, with th© following cargo: — For Messrs R. and J. Robb, HOit architraves; Mackrell and Colky, 2512 ft timber; Clayton Bros., 13,710 ft timber and 442 posts ; and a large quantity of sundries for different consignees. The Weka sails for Napier again at 8 o'clock this evening. The Tyser Co.'s s.s. Star of New Zear Jand left for Auckland at 5 o'clock on Saturday evening, taking the following cargo from this port : From Messrs Common, Shelton <md Co., 24 bales wool and 1 bale skins; Dalgety and Co., 8 bales wool, 10 bales v skins^ 15 casks pelts; Williams and Kettle/, 80 bales wool, 1760 carcases mutton. The Star o* New Zealand is expected to leave Auckland for London on Wednesday morning. '■> The auxiliary schooner Aotea (Captain Skinner) arrived at the wharf late -last evening, with the following cargo, from Auckland, for different consignees : 54 bundles mouldings, 20 tons coal, 100 boxes oindles, 480 bags sugar, 70 sticks cement and lime, and a quantity of sundries. Of his trip Captain Skinner reports: "We sailed from Auckland on Friday, 28th, and liad a fine trip to Bay of Plenty; landed at air places and pissed East Cape Wednesday, Sept. 2nd; but owing to south wind, put back to Te Araroa. Thursday, 3rd, we rounded East Cape again, but owing to the heavy sea, came on and anchored under Waipiro Head. Monday, 7th, we landed a few boat loads of cargo at Waipiro, but •as sea increased had to stop, and went back to Awanui, but could not land til! Wednesday. We finished Waipiro on Thursday, Tokomoru Friday, Tolaga Bay Saturday. We left Tolaga. Bay Sunday morning, but had to pass Waihau and Pakarne, arriving m the bay at 3 p.m. yesterday. Passengers : Mr and Mrs Wilson." The schooner Gisborne leaves Auckland to-day f or ' Gisborne. The schooner Awanui left Whitionga on Saturday for Gisborne. The Union Company's s.s. Waipori left for Napier on Saturday evening, having disvlluivged 200 tons of cargo at this port. The s.s. Taxawsra leaves Wellington at 4 p.m. to-day, Napier 8 p.m. to-mor-row, and arrives here Wednesday morning early. The s.s. Hawea leaves Timoru to-mor-row for Napier and Gisborne. The scow Era, (Captain Annan) left for Auckland, via Mercury' Bay, at noon today.
