WEATHER REPORT.
Captain Edwin wired at 12.35 this afternoon:—"Moderate westerly winds; glass rise; ordinary tides." East Cape advised to-day:—"S. light breeze; barometer, 30.07; thermometer, 79 ; passing showers ; smooth sea." Light variable winds were generally experienced m the • colony to-day, and blue sky with passing clouds were reported at most of the ports. The sea was rough at Manakau Heads,' heavy at Cape Egmoiit, decreasing at Pouto, smooth to moderate elsewhere.
