Bulgaria, in a note to the Powers, asks them to sanction a separate Bulgarian agreement with Turkey as to the pacification of Macedonia. ST. PETERSBURG, May 25. Russian newspapers denounce M. Petroff's Government. H CONSTANTINOPLE, May 25. .. Five hundred Turkish troops surrounded Soetkoff's band of twenty rebels near Monastir. After two days' fighting Soetkoff and twelve others were killed. The vest escaped.
