COLORED LABOR QUESTION. Eleotrio Telegraph— Copyright— United Press Association CAPETOWN, May 23. The Chamber of Mines, Johannesburg, has discussed the native labor question. Sir Percy Fitzpatrick, president, said if the Government encroached on the present labor supply of the mines for the purposes of public works the importation of colored labor from somewhere else would become necessary. It was unani|k mously resolved to recommend the Government to import indentured coolies for the construction of the railways.
