SHIPPING INTELLIGENCE.

Messrs Richardson and Co.'s s.s. Fanny (Capt. Nelson) arrived from Napier at 5 this morning. Her cargo included 16,----364 ft timber for Clayton Bros., 2057 ft for W. O. Skeet, 329 posts for Clayton Bros., 200 posts for Kennedy and Evans, and 20 bales sacks for Williams and Kettle. The Fanny was timed to leave at 5 this evening for Wellington direct. The s.s. Te Anau leaves Napier at 5 p.m. to-day, and arrives early tu-inorrow morning. The s.s. Zealaudia leaves Auckland at 10 o'clock to-night, and arrives to-morrow night, proceeding South after discharge. Last boat, 10 p.m. The s.s. Hawea. leaves Auckland on Thursday and arrives here early, on Saturday nest. The s.e. Waihi leaves Napier on Wednesday, and arrives here on Thursday. The s.s. Omapere left Napier at noon to-day, and arrives early to-morrow, and - sails in the afternoon for Coast ports and Auckland. The s.s. Miranda, which left Gisborne on Friday, reached Auckland to-day. The schooner Awanui left this afternoon for Auckland via Tologa Bay and the Bay of Plenty. The s.s. Mararoa will be laid up for her usual overhaul on arrival at Dunedin. She goes into commission again on the 14th pros., when she sails for Sydney, via Auckland. The s.s. Waikare leaving Sydney on the Ist prox., will proceed to Auckland, where ehe will transfer her passengers and cargo to the s.s. Talune, and return to Sydney. The s.s. Tarawera will be withdrawn ■from the East Coast trade on arrival at Dunedin to-morrow, and will leave Lyttelton on the 3rd to relieve the s.s. Rotomahana in the ferry service. Subsequently the Rotomahana and the Tarawera will run alternate days in the ferry service. On her return from Fiji the s.s. Moura will resume her running in the DunedinAuckland and East Coast trade, leaving Dunedin for the North on the 3rd prox. UNION STEAMSHIP CO.'S MOVEMENTS. Wednesday, Oct. Ist: Omapere arrives from Westport, Wellington and Napier early, and leaves for Coast ports and Auckland. First launch 6 a.m., last 5 p.m. Te; Anau arrives from South early, and leaves for Auckland. First launch 6 a.m., last 8 a.m. Thursday, 2nd: Waihi arrives from Napier. Saturday, 4th: Hawea arrives from Auckland, and leaves for Bluff. Last launch 4 p.m. Saturday -4th: Talune arrives from South early, and leaves for Auckland. First launch 6 a.m., List 10 a.m. Sunday sth: Te Anau arrives from Auckland and leaves for South. First launch on arrival, last 5 p.m.
