SYDNEY, July 25. I lie Telegraph's Norfolk Island "correspondent writes that complaints have been sent to agents at Sydney and the Government regarding the steamship service. Lukss a very material alteration is made it has been decided to get a small auxiliary boat to trade -with Noumea and New Zealand,- and transfer business generally to New Zealand.
