THE TRIPLE ALLIANCE.

Coloman DeSexell, Hungarian Minister of the Interior, declared in the Diet that' the Triple Alliance was the best possible means of affording a maximum security of peace, so that Great Britain, although owing to her traditions she had not joined, was able to lean towards it, and at the same time Austria-Hungary was able to act in concert with Russia over the Balkans.
