(Electrlo Telegraph— Copyright— United Press Association.) LONDON, April 9. The Britannic, with the returning Imperial troops, after being aground in the Suez Canal for a week, has been re floated. The British revenue returns show that imports for March increased £1,424,000. The exports decreased by £295,000 compared with March of .last year. .It is understood that Pattisons' directors are charged with fraud in connection with the flotation of the Pattison Elder Company into Pattisons', Limited. The latters' balance-sheet showed a profit* of £110,000, which is alleged not to have been made. Two managing directors of Pattisons, Limited, whisky distillers, Leith, . have been arrested. The firm failed for a large amount some time- ago, but has since carried on, business. (Received April 10, 10.54 a.m.) A" joint commission has settled the long-standing French- Italian Red Sea frontier difficulty by assigning the bay and village of Asab, annexed by Italy in 1882, to Italy. Queeu Alexandra, en route on her turn to England from a visit to her parents at Copenhagen, has gone to Kronberg to visit Princess Frederick of Germany. (Received April 10, 10.54 a.m.) ST.
