SATISFACTORY LOCAL FLOTATION. Electric Telegraph— Cop/right- United Press Association BRISBANE, March 19. Tenders for the million loan at 3£ pel cent., which was placed on the Australian , market, have been opened. ' The sum of £1,351,000 was tendered at prices ranging from 90 to 101. £968,000 waa offered at 99 to 101.
