The arrangements are all complete for a successful meeting. A larger number of entries than have ever been received at any local gathering are scheduled for the various events, and the races promise to be keenly and excitingly contested. Included In tihe competitors will . be a number of visiting athletes. A feature of the sports will be the. bicycle race, in which tlie local talent will be largely represented. Brakes will- run to and from the Park at reasonable charges. An urgent meeting of the Committee is called for to-morrow morning at 9.30 at the I Masonic. . ' *
