Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Warren has arrived at Capetown. The first portion of the sixth division sails to-morrow. The Government are actively mobilising the seventh and arranging for the eighth and nin'h divisions if necessary. The English newspapers insist on the employment of rapid transports. ' There are up signs of a panic. The - British public are patient and resolute. A second Canadian contingent is ready fur service. Capetown, Dec. 15. General Cronje's forces included four thousand men from the vicinity of Mateting. London, Dec. 15, The Government are preparing another siege train and a special mounted corps, representing Great Britain and the colonies.
