POLITICAL ADDRESS.
Patea, This day. Mr George Hutchison opened the political campaign at Patea. Tho speech was well received. He dealt with tho Government policy, and indicated the main planks of the Opposition policy. He receired a vote of thanks, preferring to leave that of confidence till the elections.
