CANADA OFFERS A SECOND CONTINGENT.
AUSTRALIA WOULD FOLLOW SUIT. Ottawa, Nov. 2. The Canadian Cabinet has offered to despatch a second contingent to South Africa. The first contingent of 1000 men have already sailed. Sydney, Nov. 3. Mr Lyne, Premier of New South Wales, has wired to the other Premiers of Australia with the view of raising a united force, to be known as tho Australian contingent for the Tratißvaal. London, Nov. 3. F*rl Wemyss sucnesis the formation of volunteer reserves in Gre.it Britain.
