LIST OF CASES. • The following is the list bf cases set down for hearing at the sitting of the Supreme Court to be held at Gisborne on Thursday next, lOlh inst i— ■ CRIMINAL CASES. Charles Harold Foster, alleged theft ; Hori Patene and Rota Kopua, alleged theft; Henry Grant, alleged indecent offence; Herewini te Maro, alleged attempted mpe ; Osborno Bealo Hubble, alleged threatening to accuse a person of an offence with intent to extort money. CIVIL CASES. Rewi Haapai (W. L. Rees) v. William Douglas Lysnar (Gco. H. Lysnar), (1) for return of certificate (if title to the lands mentioned in the statement of claim, and £90 17b inteiest wrongly charged by defendant to plaintiff; (2) that accounts be taken of the liability of plaintiff to defendant under deed dated 2nd of September, 1806, and that the bills of costs referred to in the statement of claim be referred to the Registrar of the Court for taxation and report. BANKRUPTCY. Applications for dischargo will be made in the estates of Samuel Doleman (Rees Bros.), Edward Currie (R. N. Jones), William Peryer (R. N. Jones), Thomas Cotter (R. N. Jones), William Alfred Hodge (W. Sievwright), George Mackie Williamson (W. L. Rees and Son), William Tharratt (R. N. Jones), James Patrick Conrad Henderson (Rees Bros.), William Dean Lysnar ( vV. Douglas Lysnar), .lames Smith Allan (Rees Bros.). DIVORCE AND MATRIMONIAL CAUSES ACT. Re Thomas Harris (petitioner), Agnes Harris (respondent), and W. F. Jones (corespondent). Application by Messrs Rees and Son that the rule ju\» granted on the 26th February, 1891, shall bo made absolute.
