Thu debate adjourned, After Mr Lynes' snecuh the labor party held a caucus and unanimously decided to support the Government. The result is, therefore, a foregone conclusion. HOBART, Nov. 3. In the Legislative Assembly an amendment, on the no confidence motion, proposing that the construction of railway lines over which trouble arose be referred to the Crown Law olticors, was adopted by J7 to 10. A further amendment that this bp not taken as a vote of censure was adopted by 19 to 14. The Premier then adjourned the House. It is rumored that the Government will accept the first amendment as a vote of censure and resign. Sir Philip Tysh's constituents have asked him to resign the portfolio. He replied that ho would not desert the Premier in the present juncture.
