Outward : Mesdames ■ Cox, 4 ohildren and maid, Wheeler and 2 . children, and Smith ; Mesars Mcßandle, Keefo, Ingram, Eaton, Smith, Webb, and Jaokson. Tho Union Co.'s a.s. Dingadee leaves Napier at 7 this evening, and will arrive here at daylight to-morrow morning. She ■ goes on to Auckland via Bays the same day, the last launch leaving the wharf at> 7 a.m. The Union Co.'s 8.8. Te Anau left Auckland this afternoon, and will reach Giaborne to-morrow afternoon. She sails for Southern ports in the evening, the last launch leaving the wharf at 7 o'clock. i •. The auxiliary schooner Aotea arrived in port yesterday. Captain Skinner reports leaving Auckland on the morning of the 26th November. Ho experienced favorable winds to Cuvier, and north-easterly hence across the Bay of Plenty. He reached Torora on the 28th, and called there, also at Omaio and Little Awanui, and on the 29th delivered cargo at To Kaha and Oreti. He rounded East Cape on the 30th, and on Ist .•'-.. December landed cargo at Port Awanui. Next day a souther slightly caused delay, hat -worked Tuparoa, Waiapu, Tokomaru, and Anaura, and landed part cargo at Tolago. Finished loading wool at Tolago on the 3rd, and left at 9 a.m. on the 4th for Fakarae. Received a quantity of wool there, and sailed on to Gisborne, arriving as above. lelejrr»l>l*K Mii|»»ng.
