The works to be undertaken are— (1) The formation and drainage of a dra road from the end of present Arakil dray road to the boundary of Run 4 (Hood's). (2) The formation of a by-road to Perry woolehed on Run 4-2 A, if the who] money borrowed is more than sufficieii for the main road. The sum proposed to be borrowed is £80( The security to be given will be a Specie Rate of One Shilling in the £1 on th ratable value of the following lands, and th land fund accruing from Runs 42a and 43.
