Imperial Federation.
London, June 9. The Hon. Mr Chamberlain, addressinj? the Congress of Chambers of Commerce, said commercial union of all paits of the Empire would be the first decisive atop towurds realising the most inspiring idea of British statemanship. All questions of commerce, communication, and defence could then be remitted to an Imperial Council.
