Madrid, Jan. 19. Marshall Campos admits the son-success of hia campaigner! Cuba. General Weyler succeeds him. Jan. 20.— General Weyler will have command of large reinforcements. The reverses of Marshall Campos are alleged to be due to his weakness in aggressive measures.
