London, Sept. 30. The steamer Buteshire, from Queensland via Lytteltbn, has arrived at Las Palmas. {Twenty of her consignment of sheep died on he voyage. The Queensland Governorship + — London, Sept. 30. Lord Leamington has been appointed Governor of Queensland. The Times says he has travelled widely, and will be likely to prove a good successor to Sir H. Norman, whose record of able and kindly government it will be difficult to pnrpass. _^ — — — —
