CHITEAL.
London, Aug. 11. The proposals of the Indian Government for holding Uhitral have been agreed to by the Imperial Government. The British will garrison the country between Ohitral . and Kela Darosh, and a garrison will be stationed at Chakdarrow. The Panjkora route will be kept open for postal and relief purposes
