The English Elections
London, Aug. 11. Sir Leonard Lyell (L.) has been re-elected for Orkney and Shetland by a majority of 781. The Orkney return completes the general election. The strength of the parties is :—
Conservatives 339 Unionists 72 Liberals 179 Anti-Parnellites 70 Parnellites 11
