The Dean Case.
•" Wellington, to-day. When the Appeal Court resumed this morning the Bench said it was unnecessary to call on Mr Mac Donald to reply. The Judges were unanimous that there was no case to answer, and would give reasons in writing, on Wednesday. [From our Own Correspondent.] Now that the Court of Appeal has refused leave of appeal in Minnie Dean's case, it resolves itself into whether the death sentence shall be. carried out. The AttorneyGeneral, intends to bring the matter before the Executive at the. earliest opportunity.
