The Winton Murders.
Wellington, to-day. A sitting of the Appeal Court will be held on the 27th inst., when, if the parties are ready, Mr Hanlon's application for a new trial in Minnie Dean's case will be dealt with. [From Our Special Beporter.] Wellington, to-day. The case of Minnie Dean will probably come before the sitting of the Appeal Court commencing Saturday the 27th. The Courb has first to dec de whether leave to appeal shall be granted.
