The Yellow Flag.
Sydney, July 12. : Newß by the Cuttertbun, which has just arrived with the' new season's teas, states that half the town of Nilgata has been burned, 2,400 houses being destroyed and several persons perishing in the flames. . .'' The cholera is raging in Saigon and Cholon, and many deaths have been recorded. The plague in Hong Kong is abating, only sixteen deaths, having been reported in the last three months. ■ The premises cf the Chinese inland mission of Pain-ning, were wrecked by rioters. The missionaries fled to the city to escape being killed. ■ , ,'
