Wellington, to. day. After considerable deliberation the Attorney-General has decided to allow -an appeal in the case of Minnie Dean, convicted of child murder at Invercargill. Sir' Patrick Buckley suggests that an immediate sitting of the Appeal Court be held to (determine the case.
