THE CZAR'S FUNERAL.

Bt. Pbtkrsbckq, Nov. 19.— The funeral of the late Cur takes place today. All business, including postal and telegraphic, was suspended in Russia to-day on the occasion of the funeral of the Czar.

Alexander's funeral, the concluding ceremony in which took place to-day, was an imposing function conducted on an enormous seals. The Imperial insignia and regalia alone required sixteen coaches to carry them. Among toe royal penonagee preeent were the Kings of Denmark, Greece, and Servia, the Princes of Wales, Naples, Montenegro, and Henry of Prussia, and the Dnkea of York and Coburg.
