Pau*. Nov. 14— In Urn debate on tbs Madagascar question in Urn Chamber of Deputies, the Government sssrrUd that England recognised France's right to assume a protectorate over the whole island. It was impossible for the Powers to intervene, as France wts defending her own interests and honour.
Nov. 18.— The commitUe of the Chamber of Deputies favour a vote of 65,000.000 francs in aid of the Madagascar expedition.
