FURTHER RECOVERIES OF BODIES-
THE MIBBIMG KAFT FOUND. AoGKUurp, 10-<lay.— Mr Little, undertaker, ia seriously ill from blood poisoning, caused by handlistf the bodies at the Great Barrier. It is reported that a number of bodies I have been seen floating in tbe saloon. Fifty-seven bodies have been recovered ! ami accounted for. Coesiderable comment is made abont a raft which is supposed to have drifted seaward. Tbe third officer at the inquiry thought it unlikely that the raft had gone to eea with noonla on it. Fifteen additional bags of mails hare been recovered, which oompletes ths salvage of ths mails. The Argyle from the Barrier brought seven bodies for banal, including the Misses Scoalar and others, believed to be Mr Chick (Port Chalmers), aad Mr David ryboroojb (BybW). ELM. B. Royalist v searching the coast. 80 far abont seventy bodies have boon recovered. Tbe Wairarapa's fourth life raft, supposed to be missing, has been foand sshors at Kaitoke Tbe bodies found 00 Arid Island ars supposed to be toons of poople washed off the rait.
