Dcnedin, to-day. William Edward HaDlon was convicted of three infringements of the Patents Act m selling Mother Seigel's pills with false trade marks, and was fined £10 on the first conviction together with costs, and £20 m each of the two pther cases, the total costs being £5 Bs.
