The estate or interest which the applicant seeks to obtain through the aid of the Court m the several estates and interests claimed is a freehold. p. The applicant came to be invested with the title he now holds by direct purchase from the several vendors whose names are set out under the letter C of this application. G. The address for service of the applicant m the town of Gisborne is at the office of Cecil Albert DeLautbur, solicitor. H. The applicant desires that the estates and interests of the native persons aforesaid who executed the Memorandum of Transfer set out under the letter C of this application shall be bound by the decree of the Court and for that purpose requires that copies of this application shall be served upon them or their representatives accordiug to the list set forth m the schedule hereto. At the hearing the applicant will further rely m vupporfi of his application upon the investigation into his title made by the examiner of titles appointed under the Laud Transfer Act 1885. And upon the Certificate of Title volume 23 folio 67 issued thereon. . . The applicant desires that all others who may claim to be interested m the validation applied for shall be treated as parties to these proceedings but the applicant is unable except as hereinafter mentioned to specify any names as those of persons entitled to object to the validation applied for.
